Description
Back and lay the same favourite: lay in the win market if the odds are between 2 and 4.5. Back in the place market providing the odds are 1.5 or higher. Recover losses on each cycle.

Short Explanation
Note: you should load both win and place markets you will be trading in, and only then turn the triggers on. The first trigger backs on the favourite in place markets, if its price is >=1.5, and if it is also the favourite in the win market. The following construction checks if the favourites coincide:
AND Trigger Expression sel_order is equal to winplace_sel_order
The variable sel_order returns the position of the selection in the list sorted by price (1 for the fav, 2 for the second fav and so on). So if these orders coincide in win and place markets, then the favourites are the same.
The second trigger lays in the win market if the favourite's price is between 2.0 and 4.5, and if it is also the favourite in the place market. The prefix winplace_ addresses the same variables in the corresponding win or place market.
