Backing at SP in the Place market based on price in the Win market
Description
Place a back bet at SP in the place market on a horse if its price in the place market is greater than X and its price in the win market is less than Y.
So, if X = 1.5 and Y = 3.5, then the trigger will bet in this situtation:

The following constants in the file will help adjust the plan:
- max_win_price - Maximum price in the win market
- min_place_price - Minimum price in the place market
- mins_before_off - When to check the prices, minutes before the off
- plmt - Price limit for the SP bet. Put 0 for no limit
Don't forget to add both win and place markets to My Markets and refresh them simultaneously.
